| Description: |
This painting tells the part of
a Tjukurrpa story about the creation of two snakes. In the Tjukurrpa (Dreamtime)
two women were weaving some long pieces of hair string with which to make
clothes. The women left the hair string, forgetting about it, in the cave
in which they were working. The cave is the black arch shape at the top
of the painting. The two pieces of hair string turned into two snakes. |
